Mandatory for WCSS courses or Track Daze

o A D.O.T. approved full face helmet, Snell 2000 or European equivalent preferred, in good condition

o One piece leathers or two piece that fully zip together for Racer Training, textiles accepted for ART or Track Daze

o A hard shell back protector worn under leathers required for Racer Training, recommended for ART and Track Daze

o Gauntlet style leather gloves that cover your wrists

o Leather or roadracing boots that cover your ankle

BIKE PREP

Mandatory for WCSS courses or Track Daze

o A motorcycle in a decent state of repair

o Mirrors need to be taped over or removed

o Brake light must be disconnected or taped over

o Tires and brakes in new or near new condition

o Speedometer face must be taped over

o License plate must be removed

o All anti-freeze removed and replaced with water or Redline brand "water wetter" only (not required for ART course)

o Mirrors, turn signals and any racks or carriers removed

o Headlight and brake/taillight should be removed

o All side and center stands removed

o Case covers or frame sliders should be installed The following should be drilled and safety wired:

o All oil drain plugso Oil filter (spin-on type filters must be secured with a hose clamp and then wire the hose clamp to a fixed spot to prevent rotation).

o Oil filler and/or oil dip sticko Radiator cap

o Cooling system drain boltThe following should be properly torqued and siliconed to prevent backing out:

o All brake caliper mounting boltso All brake and clutch line banjo bolts
