*Applicants submitting this enrollment accept and are agreeable to ALL of West Coast Super Bike School'sPolicies as stated below. Cancellation, Transfer and Substitution Policy - By submitting your application you are agreeing to all the contents of WCSS's policies for Cancellations, Transfers or Substitutions. We require a written notification by e-mail or postal service 14 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to your WCS School date for any cancellations. (There will be a $25 fee for all cancellations.) Failure to notify us in writing will result in fees as follows: 8 -14 business days prior, $50 fee; 1-7 business days prior, loss of deposit ($150); cancellation on the day of your school results in the loss of your entire tuition fee. If a credit/refund is applicable, it will be refunded or credited to your charge card, depending on your initial enrollment method. There will be a $50 processing fee per date for any transfers done after the 14 business day deadline. There will also be a $50 substitution fee per student for any substitutions made after the 14 business day deadline. Should you not appear on your scheduled school date, show up after track registration is closed or fail technical inspection, you will forfeit all monies paid. There will be a $25 fee plus any bank charges for any non-sufficent funds returned to WCSS.

WCSS reserves the right to cancel any school up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date. WCSS reserves the right to refuse enrollment to anyone at any time for any reason.
